"Diet has truly become a four letter word, heck the word “die” is literally the root of the word, so how good can a “diet” really be? Instead, I’d like to suggest that you change your mindset by using a different word choice and refer to your eating habits as just that…eating habits.

 

In order for change to last, you must develop new habits, not simply change things for a short time and then think you can return to your old, bad habits; it doesn’t work like that. So NO MORE diets, which are temporary! Let’s commit to long lasting, customized healthy eating habits that you can actually stick to, because this is how you’ll discover the New You!!"
